We would like to remind everyone that fireworks are not allowed on the property whatsoever. Anyone that is seen using them will be fined $500 for each offense, per the Rules and Regulations (attached here). If you rent your unit, it is your responsibility to ensure your tenant is made aware of these rules. Please reach out to our office with any questions.
