The locks on the pool will be changed on Monday, August 12, 2019. After that date, your current pool key will not work. Attached is a letter and form stating what you need to do in order to receive a new key. Each unit will get 1 key. Your account needs to be current to obtain a key. Instructions for your tenant or property manager is in the letter and on the form.
Keys will be handed out on Friday, August 2nd - 10:AM - 12:00PM and Saturday August 3rd - 9:00AM - 11:00AM at the Mesa Madrid Clubhouse. This is the only time our volunteer board member could be available. After Saturday, you will need to go to the Heywood Management office to get the key. The completed Acknowledgement form needs to be filled out and given to a Heywood employee to get a key. Keys WILL NOT be mailed.
