The pool is scheduled to be renovated in a couple weeks. The pool has needed to be redone for some time now. The original plan was to do the work in the fall after swimming season was over. When COVID-19 hit, the Board felt it a good time to get it redone. As with most everything nationwide, facilities shut down and a lot of people were not working. The pool permit has taken longer than anticipated to obtain. Due to the deterioration of the pool and cool decking, the Board voted to keep the pool closed after the restrictions by the Governor were lifted. This is for the safety of all in the community that use the pool.
We understand the timing is not the best but you will soon have a nice pool that meets Maricopa County Health Regulations.
