We are happy to inform you Mesa Madrid Townhouses now has a monthly exterminating service (Total Pest Elimination) that will start service on July 6th. If you would like to have the inside of your unit sprayed, here are the directions:
Total Pest Elimination- 480-202-7205 You need to set up your own appointment. The cost is $10.00 the day the community is serviced or $35.00 any other time. These costs include your back patio area. The price is the same with our without the patio being treated.
The product used is pet friendly.
