The Pool Renovation has started. Coral Pools has been contracted to do the remodel of the Mesa Madrid Pool. We are excited to get this work underway so you the community will be able to use it before the weather gets cool.
According to the scheudle, it will take about 4 to 5 weeks to complete depending on weather and any other issue that may come up. Once the pool has been finished, the pool filled and chemicals added, the Maricopa inspector will still need to inspect and open the pool.
The final opening of the pool will be based on where the COVID-19 virus stands at the time and where the Goverment guidelines and stipulations are at.
